GUARANTEES & REFUND POLICY
We are private investigators licensed in the areas where and when the law requires it. We also provide cybersecurity and computer forensics (not a licensed service). Due to the nature of our business, it is impossible to guarantee any outcome with the services we perform on your behalf. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL MONEY IS EARNED ON RECEIPT. NO GUARANTEES. By making your payment, you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
LEGAL AGE & ENGLISH LANGUAGE
You must be 18 years of age or older to use to hire Private. You must be able to read, and comprehend the English language to hire Private, or provide your own translator.
Do not hire Private, continue using this site, or make a payment if you do not understand our verbiage contained in these Terms & Conditions.
PACKAGE PRICE CONSIDERATIONS
Most of our services are sold as package prices to benefit our clients overall budgets and make it clear as to what the client will receive. All packages are different to fit the needs of our clients' particular matters. Even if your package contains a set amount of hours, you may not receive all those hours, if they are not needed or if there is another reason to stop investigation such as a violation of these Terms & Conditions or a violation of our Professional Services Contract or other reason.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
You understand and acknowledge the charge that you hereby authorize is for contracted services. You agree to the credit card processing fee of 3% of the total owed. This payment authorization is for investigative & cyber services by PRIVATE or PRIVATE Inc. You certify, under penalty of perjury, that you are an authorized user of the payment card you use, and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or bank or payment provider. You further agree that, by making your payment, whether on this website or another website or by payment link, you are agreeing to all the Terms & Conditions and your electronic payment is as valid as pen-and-paper signature.
By making your payment on this site, you agree that you are the card holder and the signer of this credit card / debit card contract, and you consent to be legally bound by this electronic signature - just the same as a pen-and-paper signature. You understand that we consider it fraud to use a card not in your name. We will legally fight any fraudulent charges and bring legal action against any person who incurs a loss to our business.
IDENTIFICATION
We may require, at Agency sole discretion, for clients to upload their identification on our case management system. This helps us ensure the integrity of your account and access privileges.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN MAKING AN INQUIRY
When you make an inquiry on this website via any of our contact forms, you are providing us with your name, email and telephone number along with a general understanding of why you want to hire a private investigator.
We will never sell this information! We will never share this information with another company.
We may, however, send you emails that you may elect to opt out of using a third party software to facilitate our email campaign. We may text you directly or by using a third party software, and and you may opt out of those as well by messaging back: STOP. We may call you to reply to your message and conduct follow up calls to attempt to assist you. You can tell us you are no longer interested in hiring our firm.

WEBSITE STATISTICS AND VISITOR INFORMATION
We use industry standard analytical information to understand what pages our website visitors frequent, what geographical location they are coming from, how long they visit our site, what their IP address is and other analytical and statistical data. We can not infer a connection to a specific person from this information. These logs are kept for less than 6 months. We also have software that helps us to fight fraud on our site. This too collects analytical data in order to ensure a safe experience and help Private battle fraudulent transactions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN BECOMING A CLIENT
We require information in order to conduct your investigation. We will ask for what we need when we understand your case better. Basically, we will require your full name, business or personal address, email, telephone number, government issued photo ID and other information to know our customer and that we require to communicate with you. We keep this information for 2 years, which is required by State law for us to have a case file for that period of time.
Payment Processor Information Sharing
When you make a payment on our site, our payment processor will know your first and last name, home or business address, phone number, email address and credit or debit card details. The payment processor will not know why you are hiring Private.

Private is a registered service mark in the State of California. Other service marks include ATTACHÉ and “Trusted for Integrity”
